You may cancel a program by telephone or e-mail 31 days prior to the scheduled program date with no program investment penalty. Cancellation fees will be due on programs canceled less than 31 days prior to the program using the following criteria. The program cost will be refunded to your credit card, less any credit card processing fees.
30-24 days prior to the program date: 25% of the program investment
23-16 days prior to the program date: 50% of the program investment
15-8 days prior to the program date: 75% of the program investment
Within 7 days of the program date: 100% of the program investment
To avoid a cancellation fee, you may be replaced by someone else from your organization on your scheduled program date ONLY. Please call us at 440-526-4400 to provide the name and contact information of the person who will be replacing you in the program. You will be responsible for obtaining any reimbursement for the program cost from your replacement.
