Jennie Weible is a consultant with more than 25 years of public and industry accounting, operations, and human resources experience. She provides a variety of services, including accounting, payroll, human resources consulting, litigation support and special project management.
Jennie uses her expertise as a former human resources manager to assist companies to develop, implement and maintain a state-of-the-art human resources programs in the areas of employment processes, policy and procedure development, compensation management, employee and labor relations, internal employee communications, regulatory compliance and HR strategic planning.
Her project management and negotiation skills have allowed her to oversee numerous construction projects including the building of a research and development laboratory and handicap access renovations, which were completed on time and significantly below budget. In addition, Jennie is significantly involved in the review or negotiation of service contracts (leases, utilities, etc.) for clients who require her expertise. Jennie’s negotiation skills have resulted in cost savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars for her clients and allowed management to concentrate on their core competencies.
Jennie graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications/Personnel Management. She has taken additional courses in Accounting as well as on-going Accounting Continuing Professional Education courses.
She resides in Broadview Hts., Ohio with her husband, two sons and one dog. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, walks in the metro parks and the pursuit of physical fitness.
