Diane Rehor has been coaching and training mid-to-top level professionals as a consultant with Power Presentations since 1996. She customizes and leads high-profile pilot programs and keynotes for clients including Marathon Petroleum, NASA Langley Research Center, FedEx Custom Critical and KeyBank. Over the years, she’s mastered the ability to understand the unique needs of engineers, technical, sales and managerial professionals and customizes each program to meet their individual needs.
Through executive coaching, Diane has also helped Fortune 100 Company executives increase their confidence and influence while preparing for board meetings, keynote speeches, and high visibility “kick-off” meetings.
With a business and psychology degree from Baldwin Wallace and a master’s degree from Cleveland State, Diane came to Power Presentations with an extensive background in talent acquisition and talent development, initially with Medical Mutual, before transitioning to the consulting arena.
Diane resides in a Lake-side suburb of Cleveland, Ohio with her husband and two sons. When weather permits, you’ll find Diane biking or jogging around town.

Name a defining moment in business / your career
At age 21, I hit a ceiling as an administrative assistant. After 3 promotions in 5 years, I was told I could go no further without a degree. So I spontaneously gave my two week notice, enrolled in college full time, and committed myself to getting that degree in 2.5 years. Six months after graduation, I enrolled in my Master’s Program!

Last year, we purchased and completely renovated a family-owned cottage in a beach community on Catawba Island.
