With more than 25 years of experience in sales, training and entrepreneurship, Cindi has honed her skills to quickly uncover “performance gaps” and coach professionals to success by focusing on their strengths. Her passion and knowledge help to position them for sustainable success.
Cindi brings a unique balance of skills to Power Presentations clients. She knows that personality traits/working styles and ROI benefits can tell the story. She has a fascination with both big picture sales and marketing as well as details, data analytics and learning. This passion led her to keep her skills fresh and diversified through leadership roles and coaching.
Before joining Power Presentations, Cindi devoted her career to sales, specializing in communication companies. She served as the director of sales at Time Warner Cable Business Class and regional sales director at TW Telecom. She then transitioned to the training world as a regional trainer consultant at Windstream Communications where she coached sales leaders, and sales teams on customized techniques resulting in increased sales.
Giving back to the community is one of Cindi’s top priorities. She is currently on the board, serving as the director of members and volunteers at Tech Rochester, committee lead of finance for Rochester Women’s Network, volunteer in preparing taxes for lower income families a 3-year volunteer for Fairy Godmother of Rochester, and several other committees that have helped Rochester grow.
Cindi has a Bachelor of Science in marketing management from State University of New Your College at Oswego and earned her Master of Business Administration from St. John Fisher College.
