Brigit brings more than 15 years of global experience in consultative learning and development to Power Presentations programs. She delivers programs that spark curiosity, foster engagement, and build community. She has partnered with organizations across industries—including consulting, banking, energy, retail, and technology—to facilitate leadership, soft skills, technical, and sales training designed to meet the evolving needs of today’s workplace.
Her passion for training is rooted in helping individuals and organizations achieve results. By weaving in storytelling and practical, real-world examples, Brigit ensures the learning experience is relevant, memorable, and actionable.
Brigit holds certifications in Facilitation and Design Mastery as well as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Her background spans learning and development, human resources, HR information systems, compensation, and financial analysis. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration.
She lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and four kids, all of whom enjoy spending time together, sharing stories, and laughing.

Career-defining moment
I began my learning and development career in the virtual classroom as a technical producer and was strictly behind-the-scenes as tech support for the online audience. The turning point was when I was asked to step in for a facilitator who fell ill right before the training was scheduled to begin. Facilitating that first training class was nerve-wracking and exhilarating, all at the same time. It was from that moment on that I dove into training and soon earned various certifications that brought me out from behind-the-scenes to front-and-center! After all these years, I am still passionate about delivering training experiences that drive curiosity and connection through a blend of coaching, instruction, reflection, and application.
Something unique about me
Interior design is one of my creative outlets. I love experimenting with different design elements, colors, and textures to create and recreate spaces in my home. I enjoy transforming a room into something curated and special. Going to a home store? Wait for me! I’ll just grab my coat. Ha!
